We took a “start-up” safety business company from 2 people and zero sales to $25 Million annual sales. Global Glove grew to 30 employees, 35 sales reps and 4 regional managers. My responsibilities included: interviewing and hiring of over a 100 employees, working with 35 sales reps and 4 regional sales managers. I oversaw all warehouse functions from receiving to shipping, including both international and domestic shipments. My responsibilities also included direct relationship with all of our largest customers. One of my other areas of expertise is customer service, I trained and managed CSR Team that was always complimented on the efficiency, professionalism and courtesy by our customers. I was backup on the phones and order entry whenever needed, with an expertise in resolving customer issues.
