•Analysing for the Fibre project all over the India.

•Providing solution for all escalations to Field engineers.

•Historical data base observation day wise in WFM.

•Generating daily reports that reflect overall daily WO Closure conformance by the Field.

•Training to FM and Dispatcher regarding various WFM tool access and SLA, WO Type, Priority etc.

•Field Engineers utilization controlling by issuing necessary WO’s to accomplish.

•Root cause analysis of SLA deviation.

•Produce and analyse daily efficiency reports.
