INTERPRETER May 2006 to Dec 2012

Worked as a freelance for the above agencies providing translation and interpretation service to US Military where needed. Simultaneously Interpreting service for the conferences that were combined of Governors, Commanders from the units & local elders. Service also involved converting documents and articles from one language into another and ensuring that the finished converted articles relay the intended message as clearly as possible. I have gained the office and field experience in the toughest satiation-combat zone. Throughout my professional, I have been an outstanding performer & never got behind of any task that I was given.

Duties:

Provided translation and interpreter services for U.S. Military-Special Forces, Marines, Army, Greek OMLT & Polish troops in 7 provinces of Afghanistan.

Worked with Afghan Police over the criminal cases, investigation & prisoner questioning.

Conducting face-to-face interpreting & telephone interpreting with contractors.

Worked as a translator for Law firms, charities and local councils.

Translation of the documents over the legal cases.

Interpreting the weekly security meeting combined of CMD-commanders, Governor and other official in the province level.

Planned and implemented meetings with local government officials to provide support to U.S. Military operations.

Provided cultural awareness and sensitivity training to U.S. Military personnel.

Supporting the translation team with other projects when necessary.

Retrieving articles from newspapers & internet and translating them into English.
