Hi my name is Maseo Conway,
I am a dedicated Cook that aspires to be a chef in the future. I started out as a dish washer for a year at a food service company called Sodexo then I eventually became a prep cook in the same company for a year. Once I got enough experience I found another job at a brewing company called Tired Hands Brewing Co. which made Mexican style food and I was prep in this company also. We made everything from scratch, like sauces, salads, braised pork, chicken and beef, we also sautéed a lot of vegetables and meat. In this company I eventually became a line cook within 4 months and stayed for a year and a half, I also got a second job at Whole Foods around this time but it wasn't as intense as the restaurant. I still work in food servicing but I am looking for work that's not so hard getting back and forth to, because I live in the city hall area, and my job is in West Chester, I just want something a little closer.
