DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES at GALEO as Corporate Document Controller 1. Supervise all the appointed Dept. Document Controllers and Records Custodians at head office and project sites that they are properly and strictly controlling and maintaining the documents and records of the organization.

As Project Quality Assistant/ Document Controller
1. Basic Function is responsible for the overall control of all QA documents. This kind of task is more on proper document keeping and communicating with other departments regarding documents and files. Since this task emphasizes on submissions of files, a Quality Assurance Assistant must submit documents before the given deadline in order to avoid jeopardizing other departments because of a late submission of a document or file. 2. Ensure the overall monitoring of Quality Objectives, Target and Program implementation, documentation and compliance to the ISO standards. 3. Reports to Management Consultant, QA Director and President. 4. Assists all department in all their concerns related to ISO 9001:2008 implementation. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES as Environment Safety Security (ESSH) Officer 1. Document Writer of the ESSH Program of the company 2. Monitors the implementation of the ESSH program 3. Serve as the Head Office Company Nurse
4. Serve as the Accredited Pollution Control Officer 5. Serve as Document Controller of ESSH
6. Serve as Internal Auditor
7. Serve as Deputy for Safety and Health of the IMS Steering Committee 8. Serve as a bridge between the government agency (DOLE and DENR) and the employer. 9. Serves as Secretary of the ESSH Central Committee. 10. Submit reports of activities of the committee, including recommendations made to the employer.
11. Acts in an advisory capacity on all matters pertaining to environment, safety security and health for the guidance of the employer and the workers. 12. Ensure the overall monitoring of ESSH objectives, target and program implementation, documentation and compliance to the ISO standards. 13. Coordinate with the Project Managers, Safety Officers and Nurses all the time regarding the general alert status pertaining to the environment, safety, security and health. 14. Conducts investigation of accidents as and submits separate report and analysis of accidents to the employer.
15. Maintains or helps in the maintenance of an efficient accident monitoring and record system 16. Coordinate actions taken by Project Managers, Department Head and Supervisors to eliminate accident causes.
17. Coordinates all environment, safety, security and health training programs for the employer and employees.
18. Conduct project site inspection
19. Provides assistance to government agencies in the conduct of safety and health inspection, accident investigation or any other related programs. 20. Monitor the applicable legal statutory, regulatory and other requirements. 21. Conduct general ESSH orientation to all employees and visitors of the company. 22. Monitor the PPE System.
