Have managed staffs up to 85, as many as 30 subcontractor groups, and budgets up to $4 million.

Additionally, have been responsible for collective bargaining contract negotiation; product demand forecasting and master scheduling; RFPs and RFQs; new product research, development, and introduction; prototype design, construction, and checkout; reliability and qualification testing; performing technology assessments and upgrades; and data acquisition and competitive analysis.

2015- Present Manager/Supervisor

FABCON PRECAST, Savage, Minnesota

Direct Supervision of employees and office staff. Coordinate/facilitate manufacturing schedules, budgeting, forecasting, and staffing models to optimize productivity and financials. Lead and support Kaizen/5S projects, SQDC (Safety,Quality,Deliverable,Cost) daily leader. Certified company ISO auditor. Provide yearly developmental performance goals and established a culture of continuous improvement.

2002 – Present President

ALL ASPECTS ENTERPRSISES, LLC, Minneapolis, Minnesota

Founded and guide a small construction and project management firm focusing on residential remodeling, operational improvements, and profit enhancement for small to medium size companies. Consulting engagements have included Cedar Valley Exteriors, Salons by JC, and Above and Beyond Construction Company.

Initiated all administrative and operational procedures, developed and implemented a detailed marketing and business plan, designed all financial, project management, and human resource functions, purchased and installed the computer and ERP system, and initiated an aggressive new business development program. Result was to take a start-up enterprise from $0 revenue to over $2,000,000 in annual revenues within 2 years concurrently maintaining profitability in a recessionary economy.

For Cedar Valley Exteriors, functioned as Project, Office, and Production Manager; managed multiple operations, implemented a quality assurance program, and developed a customer service support program. Result was to drop customer issues from 45% of sales to less than 3% saving the company hundreds of thousands of dollars annually.

2000 – 2002 District Sales Manager

CEDAR VALLEY EXTERIORS, INC., Minneapolis, Minnesota

An $8 million national storm restoration company doing business in 28 states.

Developed the sales and marketing training program and conducted staff training. Instrumental in increasing sales from $2,000,000 to $5,000,000 in revenues within 2 years.

1997 – 2000 Senior Manufacturing Engineer Manager

PHYSICAL ELECTRONICS, INC., Eden Prairie, Minnesota

A $16 million subsidiary of ULVAC-PHI, a $60 million Japanese corporation and the world’s leading supplier of UHV surface analysis instrumentation and solutions.

Standardized procedures, purchasing, and inventory control processes. Implemented a JIT materials management process, and eliminated duplicate inventory. Result was to save over $400,000 annually in operational and human resource expenses.

1995 – 1997 Manufacturing Engineer

CATERPILLAR PAVING, INC., Brooklyn Park, Minnesota

A $65 million division of Caterpillar, Inc. providing world-class equipment and training for the paving industry.

Instrumental in two new product introductions, streamlined production, brought the products into OSHA compliance, and developed new manufacturing processes. Additionally as project manager, improved manufacturing procedures on existing product lines. The two new products (Pneumatic Compactors) added an additional $18,000,000 in revenues during the first year.
