SUMMARY

I have more than 18 years of extensive cross cultural experience in maintenance HVAC Refrigeration and Home appliance field. I was previously associated with Angoalissar - Cabinda, Angola as Cold Store Technician. I was responsible for planning and scheduling of maintenance jobs in work sites and workshop, providing plant and common services support and technical services. My expertise in maintenance and repair of HVAC, indoor and outdoor Air-conditions, Refrigerator, Cold store and refrigeration equipments preventive and periodic corrective maintenance planning equipments.

My experience in Angola 3 years as a cold store technician, 1 year in US Army Corps of Engineering in Afghanistan as HVAC Foreman for installing HVAC, Package units and Ducting works. 6 Years as a Home appliance technician in Royal Saudi Air defence force and 4 Years as a HVAC and Refrigeration Technician in Abdullah Al Mussalli branch Establishment Dammam in Saudi Arabia.

I have strong knowledge in HVAC units, HVAC ducts, Sheet metal HVAC duct works, flexible tubing and electronic components and Package Air condition units platform or floor mounts compressor and condenser units installing replace and maintenance. Generator, Roof hanging and wall mounted type Fresh Air units and all model fire and volume control dampers installing replacing and maintenance. I know well to complete preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair refrigerator cold and freezer room units to prevent any long time break down.

I have acquired Diploma in Refrigeration and Air-condition from Quilon Refrigeration - Kollam, Kerala and I.T.I in Air conditioning and Refrigeration from Bluetronix College of Engineering - Kochi, Kerala. Have also completed Office Maker Course (Computer) and have good working knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical, and Welding. Personally, I am a hardworking professional with strong determination, work ethics and an optimistic outlook. I am well versed with replacing defective breaker controls, timer, solenoid valve, high pressure and low pressure valve, thermostats, switches, fuses using all type of electrical and mechanical tools and test equipment.

I possess good interpersonal skills, team spirit, commitment towards work and inclination to learn new technologies and take challenging tasks. I always focus on providing meaningful contribution to company operations. As a Technician, I took charge of repairs, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of Carrier transicold road trucks refrigeration units and floor mounted cold room units in cold store and cold room department’s equipment such as air-conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation system and other mechanical facilities. My expertise lies in enhancing maintenance operations, optimizing resource & capacity utilization, escalate productivity & operational efficiencies while curtailing costs & expenses. Here, I am primarily responsible for planning and effecting preventive, predictive and shutdown maintenance strategies, procedures and methods for critical/non critical equipment in consultation with process team. I used to perform final operational test of repaired, installed or serviced unit and complete necessary paper works and responding to service calls and correcting problems.
