In my resume you will find over ten years of executive management and sr executive director consulting levels of experience. I have been in my current position with the same corporation for approximately 10 years. With the ever so changing industry I have decided that it is a great time to expand my career. I am ready to venture out for new and exciting challenges. Conducts an annual review of the continuous quality improvement for Facility and updates as appropriate

Oversees and coordinates the development and implementation of center specific quality indicators

Assists in interpreting and implementing all MO HEALTHNET, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)

Serves as organizational liaison for reporting and other communication regarding QAPI with state/federal agencies

Works with department leadership to maintain appropriate Policy and Procedure Manuals for appropriate facility operations

Responsible for QAPI activities including but not limited to auditing, statistical analysis, incident reporting and analysis (including corrective action)

Develops QI audit tools and indicators

Plans and oversees education for facility staff on QI activities and techniques

Plans and oversees all required and selected educational programs as well as mandatory in-services, etc.

Oversees data management for QI activities including coordination of collection, data entry, and analysis and assessment of data

Provides monthly, quarterly and annual aggregate reports

Works with department leadership to develop employee competency tests for new and annual employee training

Oversees the ordering and shipment of study drug supply, ensuring that drug accountability logs are maintained

Coordinates study start-up activities with the sponsor and internal staff including the Site Initiation Visit

Ensure both the accurate and timely preparation of amendments to qualified retirement plans and health and well-being plans
