PLANT DETAILS :

The plant is operated with Natural gas supplied from GAIL(Gas Association of India Ltd) Terminal. Power from plant is evacuated to TNEB(Tamil Nadu Electricity Board) via three 110KV Line feeders. The 110KV switchyard is capable of handling 180 MW with redundant bus system. There are four Power Transformers of capacity 48/55 MVA, make QRE China. The waste heat from Engines are recovered by WHRB, each WHRB recovers 10% of power of each Engine. The Engines has crossed 50000 Hours of operation and each engines crossed 2 major overhauls.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Experienced in Maximo Basic Configuration on Start Centers, KPI, Application Designing, Workflow, Domains, SLA, Escalation, Calendar. Application Involves Service Request, Incident, Asset, Locations and Purchasing Module.

Obtained Certified Automation Engineer (CAE) from Technocrat Automation Pvt Limited (IAO Accredited), Chennai. With 6 months hands on practical experience in Industrial Automation Tools specializing in PLC, SCADA and VFD.

PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) - Programming languages such as LD (Ladder Diagram) & FBD (Functional Block Diagram)

Hands on Practical exposure in brands as Siemens, AB (Allen Bradley), ABB (Asea Brown Boveri), GE-Fanuc, Keyence, Omron.
