Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. (Helicopter Division) This Division carries out the fabrication of the Structural parts, Equipping, Assembly and Inspection for the helicopter like ALH,LCH,LUH CHEETAL&CHEETAH. The division has the other technical expertise involves in the design, modeling and drafting of various jigs and fixtures for the fabrication of Aircraft, whereas with the various types of tool engineering practices were also done in the industry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES

Involved in Various activities during Final inspection of the Helicopter which is given below: Daily Inspection

Involved in the Inspection of Engine Corrosion,OIL leaks,Fuel level,MRB,TRB,IDS & its Aesthetic Checks.

Engine System

Involved in the Inspection of Engine performance during EGR, Static and Dynamic check of Engine using UNICAT and Vibration Test kit, Priming of EDP, Accessories installation, Throttle rigging, Inspection of Debris using MCD.

Fuel System

Involved in Inspecting the Fuel system and Air pressurization like Cabin pressurization check&Fuel Cannibalisation.

Hydraulic system

Involved in the Inspection of Hydraulic system like Hydraulic Actuators,Hydraulic pump&Hydraulic Package.

Avionics System

Involved in the Inspection of all the Avionics Systems Aircraft like RADAR

& ELT.
