Fred.build Construction, Anaheim September 2012 - Present

• Residential and commercial remodel and tenant improvement including room additions, second story additions, commercial and tenant improvement work to kitchen and bath remodels. Projects from conception to completion. Budgets from $5000.00 to $120,000.00 Superintendent August 2004 – September 2012

Douglas E. Barnhart / Balfour Beatty Construction, San Diego

• Project Superintendent on the Hull Middle School project. The project was a new 11 acre campus in Torrance, California and consisted of six buildings (science rooms, computer rooms, machine and wood shops, administration building, multipurpose building, and a gymnasium). Project budget was $22,000,000.

• Project Superintendent on the Hicks Canyon Elementary School project. Construction consisted of both concrete and wood structures, single and multiple stories. Construction included classrooms, a multipurpose building, teaching walls, sound systems, ball fields and play areas, parking lots, retaining walls and infrastructure. Project budget was $12,000,000.

• Project Superintendent on the Fontana Library and Technology Resource Center. This project was new construction and featured a ninety five thousand square foot three story steel, concrete, and masonry building. Construction included subterranean parking, a 300-seat Performing Arts Theater, 250 computer stations, water features, elaborate decorative metal panels and exterior glass. Project budget was

$50,000,000.

• Project Superintendent on the Shadow Hill Recreation Center project. Construction consisted of four steel frame buildings including a fitness center, library, kitchen, game room, and indoor swimming pool. Exterior work including tennis courts, swimming pools, bocce ball courts, and a running track. Project budget was $15,000,000.

• Project Superintendent on the Oak Valley Recreation Center project. This project was a new thirty two thousand square foot recreation center including tennis courts, bocce ball courts, and a swimming pool, spa, running track, and fitness center. Project budget was $6,000,000.

Superintendent May 1999 - June 2004

Camco Pacific, Newport Beach

• Project Superintendent on the Wickes Furniture project. Project was new construction, featuring a forty thousand square foot commercial retail building with structural steel roof frame and metal decking. Interior work was very elaborate, and consisted of brick, metals, glass, and drywall.

• Project Superintendent on the Chancellor Hotel project. This project was a 120-unit remodel of a Certified Historic Building. Superintendent January 1994 - March 1999

Del Amo Construction, Torrance

• Project Superintendent on the University of Southern California residence facility project. Project was a retrofit, remodel, and upgrade of a 200-unit residence facility.

• Project Superintendent on the St. James School project in Torrance, California. Project involved new construction of a 6300 square foot classroom building, offices, and restrooms.

• Project Superintendent on the Holy Cross Mortuary project in Culver City, California. Construction of a 40,000 square foot commercial facility, type V.

• Project Superintendent on the Calvary Mortuary project in Culver City, California. Construction of a 37,000 square foot commercial facility, type V.
