Quality Engineer - Utilizes statistical techniques to improve process/product quality and reliability. Coordinates and implements Quality Assurance (QA) activities with Suppliers, Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Customer Service, Marketing and Production. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and research new processes or improvements to existing processes, tooling, and equipment.

• Lead or facilitate continuous improvement and problem solving issues for quality and manufacturing.

• Analyzes gaging requirements and cost, development, and implementation of quality plans.

• Analyze Engineering Change Orders. Prepares and updates necessary documentation (first piece, inspection instructions, and process potential studies) as defined in Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).

• Utilize statistical techniques, tolerances analysis, Process and Product Validation/Verification and others to improve quality.

• Lead or facilitate continuous improvement and problem solving issues for quality and manufacturing.

• Coordinate and maintain corrective action systems (for internal and external failures).

• Participate in and executes quality deliverables for New Product Introduction (NPI) budgets, Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) design reviews, gaging, and reliability.

• Define and coordinate quality systems consistent with International Standards Organization (ISO) 9001 requirements and ISO17025.

• Supervise the day to day operations of COM, Receiving Inspection, RMA, and NCM. Advises Customer Service of any manufacturing issues that might cause field issues.

• Communicate directly with suppliers and customers to resolve supplier quality issues.

The purpose for developing ‘Helping hands’ application is to make the Non-Profit Organization more effective and

help people in short time. Gain more number of volunteers by giving easy access. For that purpose, we have built an application based on Android platform. We can make certain parts of the mobile application available

offline, without the need to connect to the internet. User experience is much better than viewing on a mobile web

browser. It displays all the future and past events of the Organization. Sends alerts when a new event is added. If anyone wants to volunteer for an event, he/she can register using the mobile application. In future, we will give an option to donate funds.

Technical Summary:

Technologies used for developing the Mobile application Android 4.1-4.3 - JELLY BEAN

Role: The main goal of the application is to get volunteers in short time. With this application, we can send event alerts to registered volunteers. Complete all the features of the application and make it available to everyone. I will update the database for the upcoming events.




Sugar Based Rocket Propellant:

We built and tested rocket engines, varying the ratios of two main parts of the propellant the fuel and the oxidizer. The oxidizer used was Potassium Nitrate, and the fuel was sucrose.


Reduction of turbine noise using optimized turbine airfoils:

Aero acoustics tests of seven airfoils were performed in a n open anechoic wind tunnel. Six of the airfoils are candidates for use on small wind turbines operating at low Reynolds numbers. One airfoil was tested for comparisons to benchmark data. Tests were placed upstream in the test section in investigate inflow turbulence noise.
