Kelly staffing agency – Data Entry 2015-2015

E.J. Gallo – Keying data into company work sheets to be populated and distributed for the sales department. Sales representatives would go out to events and issue post card material that provided the location of the venues both domestic and international. Representatives would set up booths of the wines and spirits being demonstrated and on the post cards each person participating would fill out the information on the cards with their names, address, city, state, zip, wines or spirits they tested, what their experience was, whether they liked it or not, comments. My job was to enter that information into the computer system database for creating graphs and charts to indicate marketing potential. Data had to be entered correctly and fast paced. Sales representatives would be compensated for the amount of cards that were processed.

Independent music contractor 2010-2016

As a professional musician, create music, edit, engineering and making industry standard material for sales purpose. Playing, recording, singing using specific music software in studio environment. Building relationships with distributors of the music industry. Keeping track of sales, demographics, mp3, CD, album sales and populating the data into a personal dashboard for companies like Amazon, Spotify to sell mastered product.

Adecco staffing/Chiron corporation 2006-2006

As an independent contractor in the Planning department at Chiron duties consisted of inventory control, keeping track of the equipment necessary for project managers to perform the jobs at different sites. Checking the equipment in and out to the people involved in each project into the company database to keep track of all movement and activity of materials and equipment.

End of day posting and filing of all equipment used each day, updating the status of the sites and keeping current on the project manager’s status on start and finish of each job.

New Haven School District 2006-2008

Assistant football coach for varsity level and also support the younger levels for James Logan High School. I mentored and taught the players about strengthening and conditioning, proper weight training techniques, running and exercise techniques. Knowledge of CPR and first aid training for any situation requiring emergency assistance. Assuring that each player had the required grades necessary to participate.

Hayward Youth League 1999-2005

Being a part of bringing a youth football and cheerleading mentor program to the community of South Hayward area. Initially funded and assisted by the Police department of Hayward (PAL) before funding the league ourselves with the community and families participation. Teaching kids from the ages of 7 -13 years of age the sport of football and cheerleading. Mentoring the kids to encourage getting good grades in school in order to participate. The league was an inspiration to the community.

Chiron Corporation 1993-1998

Starting as a mailroom assistant, an admin I title. Was responsible for delivering the mail throughout the very large complex of the company. Driving our large trucks to pick up the mail from the post office each day, bringing back to the department and as a group, we sorted the mail, packages, boxes and very important mail to be distributed throughout the company to the appropriate people, in the appropriate departments.

Advancing to an admin II position, my duties involved me more with the manufacturing and inventory control of the company. Each day consisted of gathering data from the research and development departments of the manufacturing team, creating a spreadsheet for the data to be populated, kept current and tracking daily activity, product status that each laboratory, calculating the data in our spreadsheets to be accurately projected for trials. Inventory control was kept up to date throughout the company in the warehouse and our computer system.

Changing to work with Shipping and Receiving department which required more QA/QC importance of picking up from the post office, sometimes very volatile, hazardous, time sensitive, temperature sensitive even radioactive material that were sent in from domestic and international laboratories all over the country for the scientist. We processed the paperwork, made sure that everything was accurate, compliant with OSHA, the EPA and any other regulatory affairs. We delivered the products after careful inspection, kept track of our daily batches, creating work orders needed, had communication with appropriate vendors and at the end of day filed our paperwork to correct folders.

Vesper Home Care 1989-1993

Data entry and Medicare medical billing. Beginning as a data entry clerk, typing in patient bills on ub82 forms and typing tars in Medi-Cal billing statements which had to be typed exactly as the criteria specified. Graduated from data entry to becoming the medical billing operator for the billing department. Assuring the patients records are current and compliant with the services. Programming the software to carry out the job tasks and printing the correct bills statements to the Doctors and patients. Keeping all records compliant in the computer system and in the filing cabinets.

Home Health Network 1986-1988

Data entry billing clerk. My job was to take all charges applied by the medical staff, Doctors, Physical Therapist, Medical Social Workers, Occupational Therapist and nurses, applying the codes that were documented and sometimes looking up the CPT-ICD-9 codes to be sure that they applied and were the correct coding to bill the patients. Generate a report and to balance all the charges entered ten key by touch using adding machines, compile the tapes, verify the charges and be sure to balance tapes in each batch that came in daily.
