•Acted as budget manager for the College by processing all revised salary authorizations, budget modifications, budget transfers, and keeping track of expenditures.

•Timekeeper for staff, vacation/time for Administrators.

•Organized and directed the College’s December and May graduation program and reception.

•Helped to smoothly implement and administer new telephone system in the College.

•Liaison with Public Safety regarding student/faculty entrance to Olin Engineering Center involving computer entry to Public Safety records

•Handled miscellaneous facilities and space issues, including distribution of keys for college.
