Mechanical Design Engineer (Hardware Development Engineer)

Conceptualized and designed a unique 3D target optical system (Electro-mechanical) used to gauge the accuracy of any component under environmental stress using SolidWorks.

Conducted Unit testing of electrical HLA which was used in Line Scan Sensor.

Designed a pneumatic actuator based device which supported Helix for inline manufacturing using SolidWorks.

Designed Validation & recalibration of CMM machines using system design documents and SolidWorks.

AUTO ASSEMBLY SYSTEMS: Optimized Manufacturing assembly process for a FORD Headlight Assembly.

Used Boothroyd Dewherst method and Kilbridge wester method for DFA, DFM and DFD analysis.
