Career Milestones

Receiving a Minor in Business from the Action Training Program in 1987. Went back to school in 2005-2006 for Accounting and completed fall and spring courses. Was a Boy Scout Den Leader and was on the Pioneer School Council both for 8 years. I am very involved in my community to strive for a better way of life for myself and my 3 sons.

Have attended and received training and knowledge regarding government to government compacts and tribal self-governance and sovereignty. And the ability to understand Federal, State, county and local government and tribal codes.

Was a key player in organization, planning, fund raising, and implementation of or the 2016 Paddle to Nisqually Canoe Journey. Worked with the City of Olympia, Thurston County, Olympia Police Department, Olympia Fire Districts, Washington State Patrol, TCOM911, and Port of Olympia to organize the landing in the Port of Olympia, and the weeklong event at the reservation providing accommodations for over 15,000 people. Raised over $920,000 in cash and in-kind donations for the event. While working with State of Washington Senate, House of Representatives and State of Washington Governor’s office along with United State Senators and Congressmen scheduling appointments.
