Fund Manager (2003-2006). Senior Investment Manager, Hines U.S. Value Added Fund I. Established operating structure and procedures of newly formed $800 mm co-mingled closed-end fund, developed fund-specific underwriting model, negotiated $145 mm subscription line and $325 mm secured debt facility. Executed acquisitions program and portfolio management strategy.
Investment Manager (2000-2003). Senior Investment Manager, National Office Partners – a joint venture investment fund with CALPERS. Responsible for investment management of $1 b office portfolio in the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic and Midwest. Concluded $650 mm of transactions.
Project Manager (1997-1999). Engaged by UBS to reposition and liquidate a 270-acre suburban-NY corporate park. Executed operations and leasing turnaround of 750ksf of improvements, advanced the entitlement process on 150 acres of vacant land, and marketed/sold the asset. Performed valuation and advised the bank on the disposition of a 605ksf distressed asset in suburban CT. Total proceeds: $140 mm.
Asset Manager (1994-1997). Responsible for operations, leasing and financial management of high-rise office buildings in Midtown Manhattan and White Plains, NY. Total asset value: $350 mm.

Vice President. Asset managed a portfolio of non-performing loans – concluding loan modifications and note sales – and foreclosed assets. Loan portfolio primarily secured by multi-family properties.
