i ncrease came through hiring and training of a new Dealer Network of Satellite Dealers and

Distributors, and implementing direct sales and marketing programs under my direction, which

i ncluded innovative marketing and management practices.

Directed and increased annual sales by 320% as Vice President of Sales. This was accomplished through

h iring, training, and motivating an independent dealer network of builders and developers. Developed

new product lines, innovative marketing programs, and implemented dealer incentives to drive sales

w ithin six Northwestern/Midwest regions. Production results achieved senior management recognition

and awards as well as competitor and industry accolades.
