Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for smooth operation of mechanical equipment under HVAC system.
Monitor and Log down the Centrifugal chiller reading.
Troubleshooting and diagnose electrical fault.
Troubleshoot and repair of kitchen equipment and electronic appliances use by hotel including water heater boiler
Perform minor carpentry, painting, plumbing and welding works.
In- charge and responsible in preparing Audio/ Video as well as projectors whenever there is a function or meeting going on.
Perform daily routine preventive maintenance work of all mechanical and electrical equipment and see to it that all equipment are all functioning well and working normally. If there means to be repair and replace, I have to discuss with my chief Supervisor for his immediate action.
Perform monthly change over test of our main electrical supplies to Standby Generator set.
Perform monthly run test of our fire system sprinkler pump, wet riser pump and fire hose reel pump and check the cut-inn and cut out pressures.
Attend guest room complain and see to it that all complain will be rectify immediately with the guest satisfaction.
In- charge with Maintenance department in case my chief Supervisor is on leave.
Maintain the PABX telephone system and provide direct additional telephone line and internet access upon guest request. Maintain hotel computer network system. Career History
