Construction Site Manager
Monitor and supervise site installation works for chillers of 5000RT, cooling pumps of 3500 GPM, cooling towers & electrical and control panels. To ensure it meets contract obligation.
Review and be familiar with vendor’s requirements to assure equipments are installed in a manner not to void warranties.
Develop Project schedule Plan, to ensure project to be completed safely on time & within budget.
Hiring of competent field staff to ensure adequate resources is in place for effective and timely execution of projects.
Manage equipments commissioning activities & reports with vendors.
Ensure that the objectives of quality, health& safety as well as environment are communicated to the site construction team, followed and met.
Establish and maintain proper communications and relations with the Client.
Responsible for day-to-day contract administration activities, including but not limited to the review of design drawings and submittals and other contract deliverables.

Jabil Omar District Cooling Plant 2012-present
Plant Capacity of 55,000RT, with underground chilled water pipes of 2Km length, and 22 Heat exchangers units. The Project is ongoing
ARAMCO district cooling plant 2010-2012
Plant capacity of 32,000RT, with thermal storage tank capacity of 7000 RT, & underground chilled water piping 15 Km length with 11 heat exchangers, & finally overhead transmission line with electrical substation 115/13.8 KVA. Project Cost of $135million.
Al kifa & Al Rashidiya district cooling plant each capacity of 10,000RT. 2008-2010
Ajman-01 & Ajman-02 district cooling plant each capacity of 33,000 RT, 2005-2007

Designed & Assist design manager in designing mechanical works,such as HVAC projects with heat load calculations & duct design layout, compressed air system, fire pumps capacity of 1500gpm & chilled water piping design, design of workshop overhead cranes capacity of 50T . In addition design of air cooled chillers up to 1500RT, AHU capacity of 1000CFM up to 25,000CFM, & package units up to 50RT.
Review and approved shop drawing, materials submittals. Supervised and coordinate with site teams’ execution of mechanical constructions works. Evaluated claims and negotiated all additional/deductions works to determine fair value in accordance with projects documents. Ensured qualities of works are as per specification with safety precaution to be implemented. Follow up project schedule to ensure no delay, and all millstones completed on time.

Completed Construction & commissioned the first district cooling plant to UAE at Sewehan camp with capacity of 10,000RT as per millstones and without fatality.
Installed air cooled chillers capacity of 1000RT with chilled water pipes at strategic building of UAE headquarters.
Supervised constructions of MEP works, fire fighting, & HVAC system for 20 shelters & 5 underground buildings at Al Dafrah Air Base UAE air force.

Coordinated & supervised Mechanical site works for high rise buildings up to 30 floors. Used different software to design heat load calculation & duct design layout, such as AutoCAD, E20-II from M/S carrier & Elite from M/S York. Followed-up with government’s utility and Clint’s to get project documents approved.Checked and approved shop drawing and materials submittals.Arranged weekly site meeting with electro-mechanical subcontractors.

Production Engineer.
Inspected & Supervised stainless steel sinks production line. Quality controlled raw materials received at site along with the final products to be ensured it is according to the international standard. Programmed argon welding machine used for welding skin bowel. Maintained & assured all hydraulic press performance and dies are in very good operation conditions. Submit daily production progress report to Production Manager.
