EXPERIENCE

Mechanic

Prepare equipment for maintenance in a safe environment

Select the appropriate tools and materials to be used in maintenance and preventative maintenance

Monitor the operation and function of equipment and hydraulic systems

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair problematic and inoperable equipment

Set up, adjust, and operate all of the basic tools and many specialized or advanced variation tools to perform precision maintenance operations and functionality checks

Examine, test, and operate repaired or serviced equipment to check for proper functionality and safe operation under strenuous condition

Maintain military grade heavy equipment while applying knowledge of mechanics and operations

Ensure proper lubrication and assembly of parts to avoid overheating of parts or warping, shrinking, distortion, or expansion of material

Operating

Drive and operate heavy machinery with hydraulic and electrical systems

Operate hydraulic systems with heavy loads up to thirty-five tons while moving and in stressful environments and with multiple changing variables throughout operation

Calculate complex recovery mathematics in order to overcome obstacles and unforeseen

Detect faulty operation of equipment or defective materials

Operate Broco exothermic cutting system hydraulic impact equipment

Ensure proper lubrication and assembly of parts to avoid overheating of parts or warping, shrinking, distortion, or expansion of material

Examine repaired parts for defects to ensure conformance with specifications listed in technical manuals

Lay out, position, align, and secure parts and assemblies prior to operation of equipment

Ensure all pre operation checks and preventative maintenance are done properly before use of equipment
