CAREER HISTORY

LOGISTICS PLANNER - Medtronic, Basingstoke 2014 – present

Successfully managing over 2,000 SKU’s in the assigned supply chain including inventory analysis, order fulfilment, import/export operations and shipping for regional and global business units. Focusing on utilising a range of IT systems and reports to analyse data to identify trends for supply and demand activities for the replenishment of stock in order to fulfil demand in the right location at the right time, at the most effective cost.

Headline achievements:

Responsible for moving €191M of stock in the EMEA region, work as part of a team and take the lead in ensuring the efficient replenishment of stock within the region while optimising distribution costs.

Generate statistical forecasts from demand history for markets to add intelligence.

Implemented new processes to improve the service level, which increased the fill rate in the Canary Islands by 16.2% from 80.3% to 96.5%.

Supported SAP system implementation and worked as part of the team on functional specification, Systems Integration Testing and User Acceptance testing.
