The ward is a 30 bed pediatric cardio-thoracic surgical ward with a 6 bed High dependency Unit (HDU).Patients admitted are infants, children & adolescent with congenital cardiac anomalies for corrective or palliative cardiac surgery and associated pre and post operative care.

Ratio:

1:5 ward / 1:2 HDU
