In charge for full machining forged parts such as: connecting rods (master/slave), camshafts, crankshafts (steel parts) and for full machining cast parts (aluminum) such as: crankcases, cylinders heads, and cylinder cases.
Implemented use of new type of solid carbide drills for connecting rods (44HRC Alloy Steel) on a flexible line –machine time was reduced from 12min/op to 54 sec/op.
