Implemented use of new type of solid carbide drills for connecting rods (44HRC Alloy Steel) on a flexible line –machine time was reduced from 12min/op to 54 sec/op.

Implemented several cutting tool cost reduction projects.

Member of team responsible for prototyping a “Light High Speed Motor” manufactured without camshaft and valves, and with crossed cylinders.
