Worked as a Mechanical foreman with ADCO (Abu Dhabi Company for Oil Onshore Operation) Abu Dhabi UAE, since September, 2010 to July, 2016.

Worked with Korea Plant Services (KPS KEPCO) Paksitan, O & M of 175 MW CCPP with Foundation Power Company Daharki Limited (FPCDL), as a Mechanical Technician from April, 2009 to September, 2010.

Worked with Tullow Pakistan (Developments) Ltd (chachar gas field, kandkot) as a Mechanical Technician from October 2007 to March 2009.

Worked with Engro Chemical Pakistan Ltd Daharki as a field Machinist from September, 2004 to October, 2007.

Two years onsite apprenticeship training as a millwright with Engro Chemical Pakistan Ltd Daharki, From April 2002 to April, 2004.

Performed balancing of rotors (Static and dynamic balancing) on schenck balancing machine.

Check valve serving & hydro testing.

Troubleshooting of rotating / static equipment & failures analysis.

Carrying out planned routine maintenance & activities for all kinds of rotating and static equipment’s.

Unplanned maintenance activity in case of emergency and premature equipment failure.

Generates monthly PM task list from MAXIMO system and plan manpower material and other required resources for the same for daily/weekly basis execution.

Planning of required manpower, material, spares, tools and external specialist resources

Prepare and review optimal stock level and interchangeability of spare parts.

Maintained adequate spares & consumables inventory for plant & machinery.

Liaison with equipment vendor for spare & maintenance of equipment.

Interpretation of engineering drawings.

Inspection of procured material.

Shutdown planning and material reservation.

Skilled in predictive and prevention maintenance activities, including job scheduling, and contractor supervision.
