Description: -In this Project we have interfacing load cell with C8051F023 controller .We are using 24 Bit ADC for converting Analog input to digital by using SPI communication. We have using RS 485 communication protocol for interfacing with PLC. This LCI card use to interfacing load cell to PLC.
Role: - Software testing to implement RS 485 communication between PLC & LCI Card and Hardware testing, Design 2 layer PCB and Schematic, BOM.

Description: - -In this Project we have monitoring health of battery system. We are using 16 and 10 bit ADC to converting analog input just like voltage, current and temperature of battery. We have using RS -485 communication protocol for interfacing with modem to see the current raw data .

We are 32-bit microcontroller and piezoelectric transducer sensor interfacing circuit to converting mechanical vibration to pulse input just like voltage. We have getting data on remote region by using GSM network. We have using RS -485 communication protocol for interfacing with device to see the current raw data.
