Produced specific aluminum tubing solutions to be ultimately used for automotive and air condition system lines. Job duties included:
Set up a CTL machine, measured lengths, widths, bow and chamber of aluminum tubing, and made adjustments when necessary. Changed out spools of coil and re-fed them through the machine, typed applicable data into the computer program and printed labels. Examined the quality of the finished products and packed them in totes. Sealed properly and pushed them into their designated locations. Maintained the machine by keeping it clean and free from any dust particles.
