Maintaining of fire system (Hydrant line & Sprinkler), HVAC pro system, intelligent fire Detection system, Transducer maintenance, kilowatt system monitoring, maintaining daily kilowatt report & end of month reset all the Transducer & submit the kilowatt consumptions to client, Preventive maintenance of Electrical Feeder, EPDB, NPDB, panel, UPS maintain. Variable Air Volume Comtroller. Specialization of Matasys [Made by Johnson Controls] Software (GPL,DDL,HVAC). Programming of fire Panel.

•Operating access control system,and making monthly attendants sheet of total employees.
