Job Description at S.A Automation:

Study design specifications and technical drawings. Design proper solutions for different

industrial switchgears. Prepare feasibility report for different switchgears. Install and

commission of switchgears. Monitor and report project status to management on regular

basis. Provide technical guidance to project team when needed. Coordinate with others in

the design team. Liaise with clients and contractors. Scheming and accomplish tests.

Record, analyze and interpret test data.

Project activities commission to ensure timely completion. Develop preventive maintenance

programs for electrical systems. Ensure that system breakdowns, failures and repairs are

addressed promptly. Train trainee technicians in troubleshooting, testing and repairing.

Installation and commissioning of switch gear panel.

Installation and commissioning of all type of VFDs (Danfoss, Fuji, Nord, Siemens,

Mitsubishi).

Installation and commissioning of VFD on air Compressor, washing machine units, fiber

inspection machine, conveyor, vacuum pump and ID fan.

Synchronization of different types of VFDs.

Repairing of danfoss VLT 6000 series.

Testing and maintenance of oil on water instrument, floating switches and ATG level sensor.

Programming of vigor and siemens PLCs.

Programming of brain child HMI.
