WORK EXPERIENCE :

I am working with Reliance Industries Ltd (Refinery Unit Jamnagar). Since 04.08.2008 It is an ISO-9001 & ISO 14001, OHAS 18001, Approved Laboratory & Company. This is grass root refinery having crude processing capacity of 650 BPSD/Day having processing units like CDU, VDU Hydrogen plant, FCC, Reformer, TAME, Aromatics and MEROX, Gasoline, Diesel Petrochemical product like Benzene, o/p-xylene, Alkylate..etc. Reliance lab is NABL Accredited ISO 17025. Familiar with Total Chrome Navigator and SQL Laboratory information management system software for analysis data processing in network using Gas chromatograph. Here my job profile includes of petroleum products as per ASTM, UOP methods.

NATURE OF JOB

Reliance Industries Limited (Jamnagar Refinery Complex).

I am Responsible for following petroleum product Analysis & Refinery Intermediate process Analysis

Raw material :- Crude Oil

Refinery finished Product:- LPG, Propane, Naphtha (PCN, FRN,), URG(Unleaded Regular Gasoline), RFG(Reformulated Gasoline), SKO (Superior Kerosene Oil), HSDO(High Speed Diesel OIL) .

Refinery Gases & LPG.

Aromatic finished Product: - Paraxylene, Orthoxylene, Benzene.

Refinery process Analysis:- CDU/VDU, Coker, Merox, Hydrogen, Hydrotreator, PP, PRU, Aromatic, & various samples from farms like RTF,RRTF,MTF

Water testing: Determination of tofal hardness, PH, COD, H2S, Ammonia, Turbidity, Alkanity etc..

All Analysis is Analyzed As per ASTM, IP, UOP, SMS method.

LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System).

Total operation of LIMS: - sample logging, Results entry, Approving the results, & Data generation.
