JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

IN NEHMEH COPORATION:-

1.Visit our customers with a fully equipped service car and install, align, troubleshoot and maintain wood working machines in and out of warranty.

2.To update spare parts list and monitor stock levels.

3.Giving proper training about machines to the customers.

4.Provide accurate information and regular progress updates as required by management.

5.Keep accurate records of all service reports.

6.Maintain and service all machinery including mechanical and electrical aspects.

7.Install and commissioning machines electrically, mechanically and pneumatically.

8.Trouble shoot fault in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and PLC systems in a wide variety of situations.

9.Involved activities in the company to improve the service plan of the machines.

10.Utilizing machine manuals and technical documents to find machine problems.

11.Provide technical assistance and repair part information over the phone.

IN BIESSE MANUFACTURING CO PVT LTD:-

1.Testing, installation and maintenance of CNC wood working machines (edge

Banding machines, gantry machines, beam saw machines like fascia, klever, rover, sector, etc.)

2. Configuration, setting and testing machines plc, CN and machine itself.

3. Operation and maintenance of machine control panels.

4. Maintaining standards in control panel designing.

5. Electrical wiring & analyzing of electrical wiring drawings.

6. Testing of electrical items, designing necessary equipment’s required for testing.

7. production planning of machines and improving production performances in

terms of quality and quantity, adhering to delivery schedules.

8. Supervising and testing electrical and electronic groups assembled by suppliers.

9. Daily work management (DWM) activity.
