Perform any mechanical/electrical work within my work scope and training.

Plan, execute, and supervise all outages for any major electrical / mechanical repairs required to support and maintain the operations of the plant.

Investigate and/or troubleshoot any situation that either stops or limits the ability to fill customer requirements of product.

Create and supervise all “Safety Lockout/Tag outs” and/or “Confined Space Entries” required for repairs.

Perform Weekly/Monthly preventive maintenance duties.

Perform Weekly/Monthly analyzer calibrations.

Create and maintain all plant documentation.

Conduct Site Specific Safety Training to plant visitors.

Test and document all water usage to and from the plant per Federal Mandates.

Maintain good customer relations to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Operate, monitor, and optimize plant production whenever possible.

Read Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID’s)

Collect Vibration Analysis Readings on rotating equipment.
