I wish to obtain full time employment wherein advancement is available. To learn and grow with a company (family) that wishes to do the same. I am a jack of all trades, but have mastered a few. I utilize my past experiences and variable training, in different fields, to perfect and hone my craft. I enjoy making connections with my employees and fellow constituents. I am excellent at taking orders as well as seeing projects to completion, alone or in a group. My “style” would be the line between micro management and autopilot. Positions: Transportation Dispatcher and Yard Supervisor

Duties included: Dispatching team of auto haulers for the day and preloading for the next. Using GPS tracking and our TMW system, I coordinate my drivers. I also build the load according to weight and size of the cars to maximize delivery to one or more dealers in close proximity. Scanning cars for inventory.

April 2005 – July 2015

Positions: Loader and Wash manager (2005-2011), Terminal Manager 2011

Duties included: Loader- Complete orders for customers, offsite, with loading pneumatic trailer. Returning to the office to wash product out of trailer and providing preventive maintenance. Working also at the Chester rail site and loading railcar to tractor trailer. Generating work orders and bill of lading for the driver. Calculating amounts of remaining product. Ordering RR cars in and out of loading site through CSX software. Moving RR cars as needed with RR car mover.

Terminal Manager- Dispatch loads and assign deliveries and times to drivers. Make sure proper paperwork and directions are assigned. Proofread trip reports and send mail to billing. Hiring, assign training, couching and termination of personal are also a part of my many duties. Entering in trips into our AS system. Oversee operations at our Chester rail facility with Transflo and CSX.
