Worked on training and upgrading their clients to the new version Micromedex 2.0. I worked with primarily the Nursing and Pharmacy staff at the hospitals to schedule the onsite or online trainers with one of our trainers. I explained what was new in the upgrade and asked probing questions for possible upgrades to their subscription. I am very successful at scheduling 3-4 trainings in the same geographic area with large staffs to coordinate. After the training I would work with their IT Department to make the conversion to the new product.
