Role - CNC PROGRAMMING (OXY cutting ),

Project - Fabrication.

Role & Responsibility-:

Reporting to the CNC In charge in day to day progress of work.

Making the designing using by AutoCAD as per Drawing.

Measuring the actual size and thickness of plate (ms).

After this going to make program by using omnicad nesting (for messer cutting system).

Then convert it to cording system when program is completely ready.

Setting the program in machine for operation.

Handling total machine and the operator for mass production and good quality jobs.

Checking the Machine and jobs time to time.

Statutory compliance at workshop, maintenance of records at workshop etc.

Fulfill the target of cutting items( martial ) fixed by CNC in charge .
