Managing entire gamut of depot management activities entailing operations, inventory planning & transportation management.

Preparing tax plans and ensuring timely assessment and filing of direct tax returns, income tax in compliance with statutory tax acts.

Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payments, reporting and other tax requirements. Preparation and filing of VAT, Profession Tax returns.

Appearing before Sales Tax authorities, preparing submissions for Sales Tax department, and substantiating assessee company’s stand in any particular issue.

Coordinating with auditors for conducting tax audit, including all the documentation related to filing of Company’s annual tax return, quarterly TDS returns, reviewing day to day and annual amendments in the income-tax act.

Preparing & maintaining statutory books of accounts and reconciliation of financial statements in compliance with the norms and accounting.

Finalization of accounts which includes preparation of Profit and Loss account, Balance Sheet, Cash flow statement and notes to accounts as per the requirement of Schedule VI to the Companies Act and also in line with Accounting Standards issued by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Presenting a true and fair view of the financial position of the company by way of timely preparation of annual reports ensuring analysing the expenditure to control expenses.

Monitoring goods receipt reports, receiving & bill passing ensuing due date wise payments to suppliers.

Preparing trial balance & presenting it to the auditor for auditing with all types of registers.

Coordinating with auditors for finalization of accounts

Preparing budgets & comparing them with actual thereby analysing the variance.
