Successfully developed and implemented critical quality control procedures for TS16949.

Fully involved with Black Belt teams to reduce lead-time of supplier delivery of components.

Developed & Deployed an SPC program for the Aerospace industry to monitor key characteristics, improving product quality and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Led the quality initiative on the platform teams for the Hyundai I4 cylinder blocks, Nissan V6 engine blocks and various Ford, General Motors and Chrysler programs. Ownership of Supplier Quality from receiving inspection through the entire process to receipt at customer.

Drove the corrective and preventative action process to ensure proper closure of issues.

Gather and analyze failure data to drive continuous improvement activities with Club Car engineering, manufacturing and support teams.

Serve as a technical advisor to Commodity SQEs to help drive continuous improvements in the supply chain.

Updated and re-established the Gage Calibration system.
