OFFICE MANAGEMENT

Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Houston Office/North American (NSA) business unit

Provide administrative support to Executive Management (CEO, President, VP of HSE). Set appointments and/or schedule meetings as needed

Document Control in Corporate GEMS System (Contract Management, Reporting, HSE updates (on & offshore) & Structure Charting.

Communicate company policies and office support procedures and answer general questions for office staff

Assist Sales with Sales Contracts, emails, confidential letters; maintain corporate client contacts (Salesforce)

Manage the office support/administrative staff; continuously monitor workloads and reassign tasks as needed
