Beyond the expected clerical duties, I entered data for drying reports during mitigation, assisted in creating sketches for the layout of homes, created a scope of work with an inspection summary, and contracted fully detailed estimates before uploading to be sent through our Xactanalysis control center. Other responsibilities included: answering the telephone (sometimes handling multiple lines), sending customers and/or insurance companies faxes and emails for payment and direct billing. Extended duties included assisting in training for any Huntsville office new hire. My main goal for any occupation is to represent the company in a professional, businesslike manner and to create raving fans.


Utilized the concept of “trial and error” as well as training modules to learn efficient ways for uploading completed job file audits in order to receive payment from insurance claim offices. Result: Saved time for both the mitigation company as well as the insurance company during billing while earning exceptional job scores for our franchise.

Organized, set up, and created an experience-based office training easy guide filled with step-by-step information for new office hires. Result: Better access to needed information with an experience-based approach which in turn offered more interactive learning.

Thought of ways to recycle and/or conserve office supplies. Result: Saved the company hundreds of dollars to apply towards other monetary demands.
