Preparation and Review the procedure of WPS, PQR, WQT.

To check the filler material/electrode condition as AWS CLASS, SIZE.

Knowledge of welding process (SMAW,GTAW,FCAW).

Familiar with RAW Material Inspection, Dimensional inspection and documentation as per construction.

Inspection of, SS,AS, CS, LTCS, NACE,IBR and all type of pipe, plate, flange, elbow, reducer, tee, gasket, support and valve.

Visually Checking & inspection of fit up & welding of Every joint of pipe.

To check the marking, cutting and edge preparation.

To check the Fit up stages and root gap, root face, bevel angle, including angle, mismatch and Internal cleanliness of bevel surface and adjacent area within the acceptable limit.

Fabrication, Erection, Testing, Maintenance of all Piping Work and activities at site as per quality and safety standard formulated by client.

Inspecting the proper alignments weld fit-up of joints prior to root pass & visual inspection of final weld, conducting penetrate test on welding joints.

Carrying out the Welding inspection before, during and after welding operation as per approved test plan, relevant engineering drawing, international standard and project specification for Welding Quality as Per ASTM.

After all types of Sequencing of inspection weather it may be fabrication erection or welding or testing etc., Offer to Consultant/client for Inspection.

Inspection of all activities of piping and pipeline at site like trenching, stringing, doubling, welding NDT, joint sleeve coating, holiday detection, pre-post padding, lowering and backfilling.

Preparation Daily fit up report, daily welding report.

Prepare quality documents step wise and sequentially.

To see the PRE-HEAT & PWHT requirements of joints and to witness during PRE-HEAT/PWHT & HADNESS, PMI Test.

To check the Inter pass Temperature and Electrical Characteristics.

Inspection of all activities involved in hydro testing of pipeline.

Hydro testing/Pneumatic testing of pipes.

Inspection the face area of gasket

Inspection the weld joint with DP.

Fabrication, Erection, Testing, Maintenance & Commissioning of Piping Work of Flare Line.

Preparation and inspection of all activities of Hydro Testing and Pneumatic Testing of Piping / Pipeline.

Prepare of Punch list, hydro test package loop profile with hydro test of piping job.

Planning of NDT activities and review report.

Familiar with Radiographic interpretation of Weld Joints, inspection and Penetration Test, reporting and documentation.

COATING /PAINTING

Coordinating Coating and painting works in Piping and structures.

Witnessing Full Length and field Joint Holiday Test.

INTERNAL AUDIT

Initial preparation for client audit and ensure for the quality work is carried out at site.
