Laboratory Assistance Request System (LARs)

o Eliminated the manual process of encoding request, provided easy approval process and real time availability of report, and increased the reviewed request from 22 to 88 per day.

Return Material Disposition System

o Resulted in an integrated web based system that provide easy and fast way of generating disposition of RMA (Return Material Authorization). o The system consolidates different system that are used for creating disposition, and it has the email functionality that will send to RMA and QA group the results of disposition.

System for ATE and Logistics Tracking

o The system results in an integrated web based system for tracking FA Requests for the Logistics and ATE Group of WWPA.

o Reduced the time consumed by the Logistics and ATE personnel in the activities related (such as encoding and report generation) to the current system.

EMAUS Reports and Web Service System

o Developed reports to easily generate billings, consumptions and other reports needed by the Payroll group.

o Developed web service to access employees’ information of different POS System. o Manage the meal allowance of employees.

UPH (Unit per hour) Manufacturing System

o Manage the contractors who developed the system. o Lead the development of business rules and the process of the system.

System Migration

Received company spot award for outstanding effort in migration of workflow engine, on 9/2013 o Led the migration of Travel Request System and Spot Award System. The migration resulted in significant improvement of 76% in approvals response time and reduction of approving errors. o Monitor and administrate the use of the systems by 3k employees company wide. Debug and resolve any issues in tight schedule.

Server Migration

Received spot award for successfully completion within the agreed timeframe resulted zero impact to WDC operations, on 1/2012

o Conducted migration of SQL database from the old server cluster to a shared virtual server environment.

o The completion resulted to cost avoidance of $8K annually of server maintenance contract; To minimize impact to warehouse operations and financing reporting.
