As an accounts receivable coordinator I created invoices from start to finish. This included; setting up customers, creating invoices, entering data into the deferred revenue, entering into Spurs and mailing the invoices. Some of the other duties I worked on were completing refunds and verifying monthly revenue. I also handed territory request bins and phone calls that assisted sales representatives and customers with all of their accounting and billing needs.

At US Fish & Wildlife I was responsible for running, completing and logging the daily delinquency reports. I was responsible for a wide variety of tasks including covering the receptionist desk in conjunction with greeting clients and employees. Ordered lunches for meetings and organized the kitchens and kept the kitchen supplies fully stocked. Responsible for keeping the office supplies fully stocked and organized as well. Distributed the mail and assisted with the facilities and safety issues around the office. Typed up meeting minutes and maintained the archival of old records.

Accounts Payable: Assisted with the preparation of mailing the weekly checks to vendors. I researched vendor invoices for payment status in Oracle.

Accounts Receivable: Prepared the monthly client invoices for mailing and attached the proper support documentation for each invoice then generated and organized labels for the mailings. I updated AR Aging Excel spreadsheet on a monthly basis.

Maintained and organized the AP vendor and employee travel expense reimbursement files as well as the AR client filing system.

General Ledger: Organized and filed the monthly journal entries in monthly binders that were generated by the GL department.

Payroll: Assisted with the distribution of the employees bi-monthly payroll checks.

• Phillips Van Heusen - Store Manager 2006 – 2008

Managed the day-to-day operations for Phillips Van Heusen Outlet Store. The position at Van Heusen was to operate the store above the expectations and standards that were required. Some of the duties included floor supervision, payroll, management, visuals, training and development, operations, inventory, opening and closing the store. I strived to provide a great work environment for all my employees and clear and consistent feedback to staff regarding their performance. Conducted meetings to motivate staff and communicated their daily expectations. I wrote performance evaluations for sales staff. I managed Van Heusen efficiently and exceeded the productivity that was expected and I consistently gave one hundred percent at all times
