maintains leadership for plant operations including production, multi-sight storage,
distribution, shipping and receiving, warehouse, maintenance and office personnel.

Manage P&L, administrative personal, driver recruiting, road testing, forklift training,
dispatch training, load and backhaul assignments, highway IFTA tax filling, truck & trailer
maintenance, license renewals, special overload permitting, vendor selection, outside carrier
rate negotiations, seasonal fleet rentals, working with PUCO / DOT on any equipment safety
or overweight issues.
Oversee multiple shipping locations including a 15 acre mulch & soil shipping yard that
stored over 20,000 pallets of finished products for just in time deliveries throughout the
mid-west.
Directed the start-up and worked directly with the Department of Transportation to
establish operating authority for new trucking company, increased company owned power
units and owner operators from 5 to 40 in a 16 month period expanding satellite shipping
operations into Cleveland Ohio, and Chicago Illinois.
