The Bartech Group is an ISO 9001 Certified contract staffing firm with over 4000 employees with both automotive and non-automotive clients. I managed 14 Employee Relations Specialists throughout Michigan, Ohio and New York. I was responsible for training, counseling and general management duties for my direct staff as well as overseeing the contract staff. Additional duties included:

Manage all Employee Relations Specialists to include goals, performance metrics and company standards

Assist with any contract staff disciplinary actions, counseling and terminations

Travel to client sites with each member of my staff at a minimum of once per year
