ARCHITECT / PROJECT MANAGER ARCHITECT: An Architect with 30 years of experience, I am seeking a position where I can effectively utilize my skills in Project Management. Strive to bring projects in on time, on budget and for complete client satisfaction.

With 30 years of experience in planning, design and construction of diverse projects such as Commercial, Medical, Retail, Restaurant and Government Projects including Dining facilities, TEMF (Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facility), and various remodels of buildings at Ft. McCoy, WI. I have extensive background with the requirements of directing all design project phases, coordination of engineering services and various Government procedures. From design thru owner acceptance, working with local and state municipalities. I also have extensive experience with field construction administration. I pride myself in my ability to work and coordinate with the field personnel and design for a smooth construction phase. I strive for complete coordination and cooperation between field, the office and the owners.

I was brought on at ADG to take over a large portion of the Construction Administration for multiple large projects. Including field coordination, product submittal reviews, RFI's, Project construction coordination with owner and contractor. I also was tasked with reviewing plans for clarity and constructability prior to issue for bid or construction.
Projects completed
1. Trempealeau County Health Care Center, Whitehall, WI - $27M. This project is 90% complete at this time. 125.000 s.f. Multi-use health care facilit 2. Marshfield Clinic Eau Claire, WI, Healing & Rehabilitation Center. Addition and remodel. - $13M
3. Marshfield Clinic Wausau, WI, Healing & Rehabilitation Center. Addition and remodel. - $9M
4. Altoona WI, Middle school remodel and addition - $9M 5. Family Health Center of Marshfield, New Dental Clinic.
Duties also included Project Manager for multiple Kroger's Food Stores remodel in the Madison, WI area.
