Duties:

Utilize Electronic Material Request (EMR) system to communicate with Manufacturing and enter warehouse management system (MFG PRO) to generate dispatch report. Print pick list.

Verify documentation; vault form, MFG/PRO labeling, MFG/PRO transactions. Verify availability of materials in inventory.

Dispense materials in FIFO order, unless otherwise instructed to deviate per Planning. Dispense materials from computerized inventory and print labels.

Physically collect items from inventory using forklift, pallet jack and/or shuttle truck; consolidate, place on pallet(s) and invert if necessary.

Manage RTI’s; verify quantities, return to original pallet or partial rack, perform real-time transactions in MFG/PRO

Initiate events, CAPA’s, or planned deviations as needed. Collect Data, interact with QA, write reports, and ensure timely closure
