I am presently a project manager and I am responsible for estimating the cost of various projects and reviewing the building plans with our architect and then meeting with our client to review our bid. It is then my responsibility to review and award work to our many sub contractors get the necessary building permits and assign my staff of 10 tradesmen on my payroll to various projects. It is quite common that my work load requires my managing multiple projects at the same time which is why I work six days a week 12 hour days and have done so without a vacation for the last two years.
