My goals for this company was to make sure the company ran smoothly and resolve all concerns. I made sure my employees had everything they need at all times. My vision for this company was to make sure we pass every inspection by the state and with step-up-to-quality. Also I had to make sure that every child at the daycare center I worked for received the best care while they were in my care. I made sure that every parent knew that their child was in the best care while they were at my center. I have a routine every day such as: make sure every employee arrives on time to greet the parents as well as myself, I greet parents every day. Also make sure every parent signs in and out for their child. I have to make sure that every employee teaches each child according to the state rules and step-up-to-quality requirements. That no child is left behind. I made sure that every child’s file is properly filed with all the proper paper work in each and every child’s file according to the state requirements as well as staff file are up to date. It is important to me to make sure that the center I worked for did everything to state requirement.
