Integrated TrafficStats API into Android network usage module to calculate cellular, Wi-Fi and roaming data usage per application on each user’s device and sent it to client’s Seqrite MDM server.

Optimized battery usage of application by ~20% by updating records in SQLite DB every 15 minutes based on 4+ triggered events utilizing AlarmManager and Java.

Populated UI with visualizations of total network usage daily, weekly and monthly with GChart API.

Displayed mobile alerts based on percentage of data limit exceeded using Java and DialogFragment.

Improved query time ~40% by sending only non-synced apps’ network usage information of configured SSIDs (sent by enterprise policy) through optimizing queries to SQLite database.
