GPO GoM Subsea Fabrication Team Lead

Led a team of two BP staff and five agency contractors, to safely deliver and remained off of critical path of subsea equipment. Accountable of a $10MM annual fabrication budget, that spanned across (4) four projects. Developed the strategy with cost justification and executed the plan to sunset the fabrication site in Port Fourchon and relocate to Omega Natchiq in New Iberia, LA. Worked with Omega’s leadership team to transition BP managing the build of jumpers to Omega taking on more accountability by providing more quality and cost controls.
